Terry Anderson, 25 years Pasadena Police Department Texas, (ret. Sgt) 20 years handling a dual purpose canine and 20 years on SWAT. After promoting was Sgt over Canine, SWAT and EOD units. I am the President of National Police Canine Association (NPCA) since 2004, a position that i currently retain. I have been certified through Federal Court as an Expert in Canine Handling, Canine Training and currently provide expert witness testimony in both Canine Detection and Canine Use of Force Cases. I am the trainer for Keli’s K9’s where we work contract work with our canine teams for both narcotic/explosive detection. Keli’s K9’s trains single purpose canines for a foundation that donates those dogs to police agencies. I am a lead instructor for SKIDDS and have been teaching for Brad for the last 16 years. I teach SKIDDS and Tactical Tracking classes. I have been on 5 Federal Boards regarding canine training and have worked for the Department of Homeland Security as a subject matter expert regarding explosive canine training for the last six years.
