Jason Alter is a sworn law enforcement officer with over 20 years of experience in public safety. He currently serves as a certified Public Safety Bomb Technician (PSBT) and explosives detection K-9 handler, assigned to a Technical Services Unit with the Riverside Police Department in Southern California. Jason has extensive experience in explosives recognition, safe handling of training aids, post-blast investigations, and K-9 integration in explosive detection operations. He has instructed and assisted with regional and multi-agency training programs and brings practical, real-world experience to law enforcement instruction.
